As far as I know it only fits the SPICA unit.

I guess you have figured it out but: The reason for the different distance between the holes in the flywheel and crank are that they only should fit in one way. :) I used a 75 3,0 flywheel on my Q4 engine and then I just needed new bolts. You can get from a few places: Beninca Motors (Australia) Glenwood Motors (South Africa) Or you can make your own by modifying the Q4 manifolds.
