An inline 8 8) would love to hear that at full tap :D .

100hp/ltr, maybe an achievement for some, but others have bean providing that for 15 years or more.
200+hp/ltr in a road going engine is an achievement.

Taken from: http://forums.freshalloy.com/showthread.php?t=162693 Here is the original Abstract of that SAE paper 1999-01-1785 Quote: Stability and structural intergrity are extremly important in the design of a vehicle. It is complete bullshit, don't use it. You can quote me on that. :) The only reason they use foam in moderna cars is due to NVH reasons. Hehehe, I kind of expected you to be the first to reply Matts  You have tried a high strength, 2 part foam in chassis rails and other areas like sill panels...

Foam Reinforced Chassis

After reading about high strength foam reinforced chassis being used in some new luxury cars, I did a little web searching and found http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/projectcars/0006scc_project_nissan_300zx_part_5/index.html. The most interesting thing in that article is the mention of how much sti...

Foam Reinforced Chassis

After reading about high strength foam being used to stiffen chassis in modern luxury cars, I sniffed around and found this: http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/projectcars/0006scc_project_nissan_300zx_part_5/index.html This lead me to: http://foamseal.org/auto_aftermarket.htm. An attempt at sending a...

I am looking for max performans:) What about Beninca, has some tried there Injectors aim straight down the ram tubes?? and Glenwood?? I know the injector squirting down the ram tube is how it's done in the Australian V8 Supercars. Probably in F1, too. For a normally aspirated engine that you're see...

Re: Oil seperator

I know it doesnt really casue any problems, Actually, it is more of a problem than most people accept. Hot oily blow by gas has an octane reducing effect (promotes detonation) and helps to cause carbon deposits in the combustion chambers, which can also promote detonation/pre-ignition. What is it a...

De 4 Duk. The answer is yes in good time. No point prommoting a concept that is unproven. Wait until the end of the race season and I'll tell you if it works and how good/bad it is. It would be foolish for you to repeat my mistakes. BTW the 105 nudge bar is not a 75 front bumper. Stick to Coopers a...

Very nice piece of gear 8) . But I've got to ask, is your snow plow from an upside down 75? If it is, does the owner of the upside down 75 know that you have taken the front of his/her car and stuck it on an Alfetta race car? How much snow do you guys get in Queensland? Does it help you grow banana'...

Any time accoustic tuning is involved (inlet manifolds and exhaust systems) there is always science, dark art and some trial and error involved. Against the grain of the orriginal question, but would a long primary pipe (30-36") 6 into 1 with a goilet collector be the ideal arrangement for a ro...
