Method #2 is good. Alfa's "tool" for the job is a steel piece which bolts to the block and has "teeth" matching the flywheel... it locks the flywheel in place so's you can torque up the pulley. Quite bespoke, but unless you're doin' an engine a week the bar will work just fine. G...

The guys at Centerline have been my supply line for years. They've never given me bad info. Don't forget to use some sort of smooth cap and plenty of oil over the valve ends as you push the seals over 'em: the sharp edges of the relief cuts for the collets can shear off material from the I.D. of the...

Hope it's not a sin but: I don't have a GT6. Rather an old Spider, and have owned three GTV's prior to it. Alfisti since about '75.
