Well this is it, 2-3/4inch with an 3inch outlet, no fancy tip. The 02 sensor is where the pen is sticking out. Pace headers into straight through muffler and sectioned stainless rear resonator. The sound is moderate until you decide to wake the passengers with the sweetest sound of the modified 3.0L...

Thanks guys.

Now for the brake lines, what do you guys recommend - braided?
if so will the back one also need replacing?

Is there any way of limiting the pressure the vacuum cylinder applies to the MC?

Master cylinder mixing.

I have a question in regards to the master cylinder on the 75. I have the Volvo 4 spot conversion with the 164 rotors all running on the standard 22mm MC; the pedal feels way to touchy with heaps of brake power. I also have the MC from a 164 that is a 24mm piston; this unit fits no mods needed. My q...

Sorry to say this but our engines are more related to hot rods then the newer hi-tech
Machinery, that why I love this engine it’s a engineering masterpiece.

I wouldn’t go putting bigger valves, just get a good port job, some nice cams and up the compression.

Thanks Dennis,

Yes I have a compleat 3.0l box but the speed pickup on the box has a different
Plug, it still has 3 wires so maybe I can solder the old plug to it.

Yellow does look good.

If you want you GB to shift better the oil you put in it makes a HUGE difference. I have tried Mobile,Valvoline, Motul and the horrid Penrite. The biggest noticeable difference is Castrol Syntrax, little shutter on the 47%LSD but its only on hard acceleration, the shifts are extremely slick. Just pu...

The main problem on heli gears it that they produce axial load this is what people don’t seem to add in to the equation, this is what will shear the gear. I wouldn’t like to be chasing you on a racetrack, find that your box exploded sending me into the wall. Just try-it, just try-it!! They will not ...
