Re: Some more brake upgrades for the 116.
I've just found a couple discs suitable for conversions in addition to the well known GTA 305x28 and 330x32 discs:
Brembo 09.8003.10 (285x28, 5x98) From various models (Citroen, Peugeot, Fiat, etc..)
Brembo 09.7680.20 (310x32, 5x98) From various models (Citroen, Peugeot, Fiat, etc..)
Hope this helps

Bigger calipers and their suitable discs
Hi everybody, After years reading this forum we all know we have a lot of calipers/discs choices to build our own BBK, but, I've never seen a list or a document where you can look for what you need at a glance, for example, de disc diameter and width recommended for a determined caliper. So, with th...

Difference between SZ vs GTV6 brakes
We all know here that the front SZ discs (284x24mm), when available, were a direct replacement for the standard GTV6 ones (269x22mm). I've also read that the front calipers were the same 2 piston Brembos as in the GTV6, so: Can anyone confirm that the masses/spindles were different? I bet that this ...

Budget brake upgrade for track days?
Hi, I've seen tons of different BBK's here which look awesome, but, is that really a must for a (stock) 3 liter GTV6 for track days? I assume that the first points are: check/rebuild master cylinder + check/rebuild calipers + Good brake fluid + good pads, but above this, what would be the next-step ...

Great! Keep me postedkillaz wrote:Jose_76: I'm doing 300mm conversion and I have Azev 16x7.5' too (ET:30)... I'll inform you about fitting. Regarding "ears" - yes, you'll have to cut them. Just yesterday tried to fit them without cutting, but no way - same thing for 305mm.

Re: Some more brake upgrades for the 116-Barry
I have a set of AZEV 16x7.5" wheels, so I guess there's room for the 305mm discs and GTA calipers.
Nobody could fit them without cutting/welding the hub's ears (don't know if that's the right name for it :-S)?

Re: Some more brake upgrades for the 116-Barry
Thanks, I checked the pics again and they are very different.
Also, checked the post and haven't found any non-destructive adaptation of the 1st gen 156GTA brakes.
Nobody has tried to build the adaptor plates? I checked the stuff a couples day ago and I think it can be done.
