Re: Race Animal ?

Does anyone have any specs on this GTV . It's looks pretty mean . This one runs here in Hungary in the Hungarian Rallye Championship. It has a 3.0L 12V almost stock engine with ITB, brembo 4pot calipers, straight cut gears and custom made ECU. The mods are limited because the strict regulations of ...

Re: MasterCylinder Sizing

Can anybody help sizing the master cylinders to a dual master cylinder setup? My front a calipers are from a 156 GTA, the rear ones are stock. I planned a 0.7" wilwood to the front and 0.65" to rear. What do you think?

Re: Roll cages - all alfa's

A whole lot of tubing... :) Didn't think you could get away with not having a tube across between the ends of the main hoop. This one should also be welded to the tunnel. A "dashboard tube" across the bottom of the windshield is also a good thing, especially if you tie in the steering col...

Re: driveshaft conversion

MD

Thanks. I went under the car, and found the noise. :D It's the center cross of the driveshaft. It's pretty loud under 1600RPM , but no vibration, so I will live with it :D

Re: driveshaft conversion

Hi guys

So finally I've istalled the driveshaft. It seems to be ok, but on low RPM, it tinkles, but as soon I press the throttle, the tinkling stops at 1600RPM. Some guys say here in Hungary, that is normal, and actually there is no vibration, it's just the sound that bothers me. Any Idea?

Re: driveshaft conversion

Hi guys! Since my stock driveshaft failed, I've read all your posts about driveshafts, and started my conversion project. Here is what I made for the flywheel., for the rear part I will use the stock flange of the driveshaft. http://www.alfaamore.hu/files/forum/00281/00281609.jpg The driveshaft itse...

Re: Laszlo from Hungary

Welcome to the Forum Latszi. Drifting? Drags? I am suprised frankly. Bit of a waste of an Alfa chassis me thinks. Alfas to me are for touring, racing, sprinting, hillclimbs, and perhaps rallying. Thanks :) Latszi? You may have some hungarian friends there, to know the nick of Laszlo :) So, I think ...
