Re: Building the supercharger to the engine (75 3.0V6)

Looks like a reinforcement plate and/or heatshield.

The result looks superb; beautiful finish. You should definitely be proud.

Now, make me one.

Re: My father passed away

My condolences too, to you and your family, Greg.

I'm mostly a lurker here, but you are obvious well known amongst Alfa transaxle enthusiasts around the world, and I am a long-time admirer and purchaser/user of your products.

Take care. :)

Re: Adjusting L-Jet mixture with the Black Box

Nice, Greg. I am rebuilding a 3.0 Milano/75 L-Jet, with S-cams, your original K&N intake, Stage 1 injectors, and CSC exhaust (incl headers and will add cats). What can I expect from The Black Box? In particular, seat-of-the-pants performance gain??? And would I need a wideband sensor/meter to tu...

Re: Some more brake upgrades for the 116.

I depends what condition the surface of your calipers is. The calipers I bought were the bare metal version. In Ti cars (ie: 159 Ti), they are of course painted red. I cleaned mine with wax&grease remover, but isopropyl alcohol would be ideal. On areas of corrosion, I ground them back using a Dr...

Re: Some more brake upgrades for the 116.

Hi. I thought I would show my version of a brake upgrade. My car is a V6 75, which is why I've been a forum lurker most of the time. I also live in Australia. The car is undergoing a very long but very thorough restoration to create a 'fast street' car, and will be used sparingly. Because the car is...

Re: GTV6 cams in 3 litre 75QV

It is true that I can't read specs when half asleep! :P 10.1/6.4 according to this: http://www.international-auto.com/file_center/files/camshafts/index.cfm Jim, perhaps your specs are actual 'measured' specs you've done? The above may be factory specs. :?: Either way, I'll go with yours - I won't ev...

Re: PICTURES-Different wheels for Alfa`s-Barry

They are my favourite wheel for the 75! Well, I have a set on the shelf to fit in the future once my car is nearly finished. They are no longer a current wheel, so you will most likely need to buy secondhand/used. The ones in the pic are 18", and I think the tyres are 215/35R18. However, that s...
