Re: Front suspensions almost like real racecars...

Thank you for your answer, I plan to do the same for road use Maurizio on my GTV6. I know that sounds not logical Killaz 75evo and Maurizio, believe me or not these springs do a very good job. Look this video, my friend Gtvpp (camera inside) has these springs for years , and with only an ALfetta 2 l...

Re: A cheap way to fix a weak point of transaxles's gear box

You're right Mats I made shortcut between powxer and torque because my english is poor. Here is a part which is trying to prevent breaking clutch housing on V6 24S (270 HP and 32 NM torque  ) http://i42.servimg.com/u/f42/17/52/20/30/75_agn25.jpg http://i42.servimg.com/u/f42/17/52/20/30/75_agn2...

Re: A cheap way to fix a weak point of transaxles's gear box

Of course my friends with 3L 24V (between 260 and 270 hp) or 75 Turbo with serious tuning break EVERY gearbox (standard, light or race gear) They plan to mount BMW gearbox because they are fed up with this lack of reliability of transaxles boxes We can say that more than 230/240 hp and heavy duty us...

Nice job is polish it like brand nexw one and then using a "varnish" for motorcycle motor or gear box casing. I'll stay nice and will be easy to clean. http://www.restom.net/resizer.php?src=photos/produit-1224785807-1224785810.jpg&width=648&height=451 http://www.restom.net/moteur-p...

Re: A cheap way to fix a weak point of transaxles's gear box

I (try to) speak a very little swedish  Light gear is a rsult af more than 8 years of working, One of his first customer who use his GTV 2.0 in races have been used this light gear for 8 years. Of course a 300 HP with 38 NM torque will break it (an everything in fact) Durind these 8 years he w...

Re: Front suspensions almost like real racecars...

2) How to move a standard koni to a coilover
Best results if you tune the internal hydraulic of koni of course.
This part with a koni and you have a adjustable coilover suspension !

Front suspensions almost like real racecars...

We all know suspension kit from intrax, RSR .... Very nice adjustable springs... but a little expensive when your target is just trackdays. We use 2 cheap ways to make the front suspensions stiffer, first is very cheap and very efficient but not ajustable. 1) Buy 2 springs 10 euros each one ! Photos...

Re: A cheap way to fix a weak point of transaxles's gear box

75evo, which car and road use only or trackdays only...

More than 200 HP 9X41 are not reliable at all, many friends broke it during trackdays.

Under 160 hp they are very reliable even using trackdays.

10X43 is the shorter possible and stil reliable with powerfull motor.
