Re: Cold Air Intake
Sorry for the slow reply.. Up to my eyeballs with non-car stuff, and then I went to upload some pics (too large). Bl**dy Windows had got rid of Paint for some unusable cr*p called Paint 3D. I had to work out how to get it back so I could resize the pics.

Re: Cold Air Intake
With a small bit of massaging, the 75 Air cleaner will fit under the bonnet of a GTV. They are essentially the same.
I have done this a few times. My 3.2 is using a 3L air box (larger intake - very close to the OE intake), but with extra intake area forward of the splash guard.

Re: Busso V6 3.2 24v Coil Pack
Haltec HPI 6. I am not getting a home signal. I am not completely sure on the Signal, Power and Ground pins on the cam angle sensor (May be stuffed). I ave two, and they both test the same with a multi meter. If you know, can you post (i.e. Red...., Green.... and Yellow....). The plug is the same as...

Re: Busso V6 3.2 24v Coil Pack
A step closer for me on the weekend. Working through a few issues. When you say "Centre pin in ground", do you mean grounded to engine or trigger? I am using the injector and coil harness off a 166. On this harness, power goes to the pole you have circled in red, green (centre) is earthed ...

Re: Busso V6 3.2 24v Coil Pack
Give me a few days. I have to lift the coil cover on Sunday for start. To get the base timing for #1, I am going to rig a dummy coil up to connect to the harness. I need to know exactly this myself.Does anyone know the pin out of the 24v coil pack?

The original Bosch coils with the Haltec igniter. Any comments or advice?

Re: 24V cam angle sensor
Thanks heaps. Got it cranking over today, so will double check the polarity of a Crank sensor wiring.
Will be awesome to hear it running after 2 1/2 years of collecting bits.
I should start a new thread of my own to show the car.

Re: 24V cam angle sensor
Just stumbled on this and thought I could get some info to help me though a roadblock. At the pointy end of a 3.2 install to a '86 GTV. Using a Haltec Elite 750. The crank angle sensor I am using is from a 164/twin spark (Am pretty sure they are a reluctor (with a shield). It is already installed so...

Re: steeringpump faillure
Hey, I registered here on "Tue Feb 12, 2013 1:52 pm"... Just found this post so I thought I would make my first post here. Thanks killaz for the credit on my post from over on the Alfa BB (Clayton105). Since then, I put A/C on the car in its T-S form... needed the real estate back so went ...
