Ohhps, ... a problem came up when I first have installed "Shorties" just to check if everything is fine, ... as I´ve installd OEM 75 V6 oil stick tube, ... oil dip stick woun´t go in because of flansh of the headers, so I had to mashine flansh between cylinder 4 and 5. P1030181.JPG P103018...

At least I´ve made some markings on pullies at TDC position of cyl. 1 so I can see from the outside if timing is O.K.

Next Steps, ... I´ve printed out a timing disc on a self glueing folie for printers with the same ouside diameter as the front pully has on the timing disc for the crank sensor. Good Evening Guys, ... it´s time for a small update of the progress on my Carbon intake plenum. I´ve finished the end plate with carbon pipes, ... I´ve made inside of carbon pipes with a radius like the original inside of the Aluminium plenum. I have to glue both parts together, paint everything, mo...

Ciao Mats Thank you for your worries about the carbon plenum but I´ve made it from strong 3mm carbon plates which I´ve glued together and then I glued in one more carbon fabric to strengthen the plenum. So hopefully this woun´t be a Problem, ... I didn´t want to make the lightest plenum so I have ch...

Next step will be the plate of the plenum where to connect the 6 big chrome intake runners of an Alfa 156 GTA.
