Ohhps, ... a problem came up when I first have installed "Shorties" just to check if everything is fine, ... as I´ve installd OEM 75 V6 oil stick tube, ... oil dip stick woun´t go in because of flansh of the headers, so I had to mashine flansh between cylinder 4 and 5. P1030181.JPG P103018...

At least I´ve made some markings on pullies at TDC position of cyl. 1 so I can see from the outside if timing is O.K.

Next Steps, ... I´ve printed out a timing disc on a self glueing folie for printers with the same ouside diameter as the front pully has on the timing disc for the crank sensor. Ciao Mats Thank you for your worries about the carbon plenum but I´ve made it from strong 3mm carbon plates which I´ve glued together and then I glued in one more carbon fabric to strengthen the plenum. So hopefully this woun´t be a Problem, ... I didn´t want to make the lightest plenum so I have ch...

Next step will be the plate of the plenum where to connect the 6 big chrome intake runners of an Alfa 156 GTA.

Hi Guys ! It´s time now for a little update, ... I know last edit is a long time ago but I didn´t find the time to work in my garage, ... too much work in the company. Crank assy with front pully and fly wheel is now out for fine balancing so I decided to look for a good intake plenum and throttle b...
