The price is very good I think , too. Did it make a performance difference for you? Are there any dino results for these ...

Petros, awsome! a great example of how you can bring a GTV6 into line with modern cars, but retain a classic shape, Id rather have this over an m3 any day. Is the body kit a grand prix kit or a Zender? Where can I get one?, I want one!!. Also I have just acquired a set of the SZ wheels you have, wha...

passanger mirror

Hi all

Does Anyone have a series 2 or 3 passenger mirror available? ( uk car) A drivers side mirror would be suitable from a left hand drive too. Its the type of mirror with the chunky base, with three fixing screws which screw into the door skin.

thanks

i dont know i havent taken it out yet on mine. Why dont you just take the entire stork switching unit off, and the flasher relay out, open them all up and douze them in contact cleaner or carb cleaner spray, put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 35 degrees, take em out, apply a little copper grease...

It could be the turn signal assebmly switches or It will be the flasher relay. I have the same intermittent problem, and once again to the left. I have had all of the lights out, cleaned checked, replaced bulbs, and it didnt help. The only thing I havent removed is the relay. The relay contains chea...

I have to agree too. alfa made a mistake when they took these light out, and an even bigger mistake removing the gtv6 symbols behind the back windows, and replacing with the rubbish plastic bits, . The originals look much more exotic. Does anyone have a source for these back lights in the UK? also i...

md, yes indeed, i wish I had the time to go the extra distance and move shifter back to a better position as you say, but alas, there just are not enough hours in the day, hence a big improvement on the original set up without going the whole hog.

I rekon from a cost, efficiency and results point of view, Daniels front section modification and MDs rear section mod are the way to go. Daniels front mod, is very simple and effective, and MDs rear mod is the same. It amazes me that no one at alfa ever thaught of doing it, it would have cost them ...

Sorry meant to say, other exhausts apart from stebro, thats what I had before, very nice sound, but apalling build quality, it rotted away in less than 2 years.

Crisp exhaust note

Hi all, ok. exhausts. I currenty have a twin tail pipe Ansa set up. It just doesnt do it sound wise, Im not happy with it. I have lost that nice crisp sound the GTV6 has, and ended up with a dull droning sound without that nice crispness. I used to have the same sort of sound that one of the chaps o...

your pipes look very sooty, looks like the pipes are full of oily soot, perhaps you are running way rich, pull a couple of plugs to confirm. How old is the exhaust? when I last changed to Ansa twins, the old exhaust was chucking out all sorts of rubbish.

ok so I presume that last photo is the final crank to the gearbox? Sorry not been under the car yet to have a good poke around, and familiarise myself with the rear half, but its something Im looking at modifying. So reliability asides, I take it the later iso shift is not much of an improvement, an...

Daniel, it looks as if your "packing"out of the shift mount, to raise it, would still fit within the original centre console and gaiter, hence no outward change to the interior. Any pictures of what you guys did on the gearbox end to reduce gate distances?

thanks
