Temp gauge sender units for GTV6

Hi guys - temp gauge sender unit has failed........ Any suggestions of where to find one ? Jaeger part number 313610 04 there is the occasional used one on ebay for $100 plus freight - second hand makes me very scared! Did buy a so called replacement from the US but is hopeless Otherwise I will need...

AWESOME Mark, yeah i had those posters as well. Brings back heaps of memories as we were at all those races. I remember the grand prix debut of the GTV6 as my old man was always eager to try beat the traffic - leave as soon as the GP was finished. I said nah got to see this car- his comment....... R...

Interesting reading and great memories,

I have photos of most of the cars including the MB Chatz (my old employer) car that i can scan and post if you like.

Hi Maurizio, it would have been great to try trace the car but unfortunately i now live in Australia.
I am sure Kevin with his contacts might be your best bet. Dawie ??

Hi Kevin and Maurizio, wow- when i say the Nico Bianco name - well many happy and sad emotions. I may be well off course but i vaguely remember Nico driving a car that was sponsored by Mr Xhaust Mr Tyre? against the sierras and the 745 and i think it was a one off for the last race off the season at...

Update, car is being picked up tomorrow, and will be on the ship this weekend. :P
Got sorted with someone to do the inspection and roadworthy, so will be able to go through the Clem 7 in a couple of weeks. :twisted: gonna sound great. Now no speeding tickets..........

Kevin that could be a plan, just need to get the car from New Zealand hopefully in the next month and get it roadworthy here in in Brisbane then we will talk.

Man i wish i was that clever to make things like that, Kevin they look great. Still grumpy about the bonnet!!! maybe you need to move to Aussie and bring all your clever stuff with you. Brisbane is magic.
