Re: 75 TS or 155 TS 16V Widetrack for track car?

Some nice inboard footage of a Squadra Italia race with a faily standard 2.0 16V 155. The 75's are also fairly standard and have the original 148bhp TS engine. The specs are comparable to that of the 155 shown. The two red 155's are 3.0 24V cars, I won the first race and became second in the last ra...

Re: Mats Strandberg (SWE)

No, 8J N technology OZ wheels (ex 147 cup wheels), 240-610 17 slicks, still got the 155 rear axle and no grip issues yet. Had planned to use the 916 rear axle, but that no longer is on top of my wishlist, the very simple fiat tipo rear set up worked good enough. The 155 proved to be a good base for ...

Re: Mats Strandberg (SWE)

Nice 155 Mats. I finally took my 155 car to the track last weekend for it's shake down, loved every minute of it. It"s got a 3.0 24V engine in it and Q2 of course I modified quit a lot of parts on the 155, and it turned out really well. Not disapointed yet, changing the 75 for a 155racer/ http://94....

I've seen 156 challenge cars for 7000 euro's, the 147's go for a lot more. Haven't seen them under 20.000 euro. They however are considarably faster. I allready have the cherokee and trailer, the 155 was suppost to be a budget racer, but it allready cost me a fortune and i haven't yet drivin it for ...

Not a racer yet, i'm building my own. Sold my 75 TS project and bought myself a 155 V6 with a damaged engine. I'll be using a 3.0 24v, 6 speed, Q2, coil over, etc., still love those btcc 93 days, it won't be as fast as those cars but i'll give it a try. Fell off a ladder while putting slicks into a ...

Hey Lennart how you doing . Did they touch in that last corner or was it just sound of the suspension bouncing of the kerb. I'm ok, except for a broken hip  , so my 155 raceproject will have to wait a little longer. Sold the 75 24V and all of my money  is now going into my racer, hoping ...

75 Imsa Tubolare vs 147 gta cup

pretty amazing video, imsa tubolare having problems keeping a 147 cup behind. Track was still wet at certain places, so 147 has the advantage being a fwd car, 219hp vs 296 hp. Both cars are 2.0 16V, 147 is the cup engine ts 16v, 75 has got the 155 STW 2.0 16V engine. http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=cV...

Nice Daniel thanks for the pics, this is the way i'm planning to go too, including the place of the idle actuator.
Why make your own pipes, the original ones look the same or are yours longer.

The 75 has a weight benefit (1250kg vs 1320 for the 155), but the 155 has got a 156 2.5 6 speed gearbox, the 75 has got the 5 speed 1.6 box but the 6 speed still has got the shortest ratio. The fwd climbs much faster thrue the revs than the 75. The rubber couplings don't last and i doubt that this i...

The difference is very big, the fwd 24V goes when you push the pedal and the 75 also goes but not nearly as fast as the 155, after 4000 the difference gets smaller, the extra drive train loss is very noticable. I now use a 1.6 gearbox wich is better but still no fwd performance. Pancho you should ha...
