At least i've got some leads now what could be the cause.
Both from here as the dutch Alfetta-register.
Thnx.

Shamefully i can't check it myself, don't have a descent garage where i can make repairs.
So i'll have to ask someone to check it for me.

Keep getting locked brakes, everytime it seems to get worse. Oh well...i've opened a topic for that. Maybe some of you guys have an opinio...

Braking issues: Locked brakes.

Hi fellow transaxlelovers, I got myself a problem here. I keep getting locked brakes at the rear, even without intensive use as on the race-track. I'm using the GTV6 all the time till winter starts. It occured monday on the paddock of the dutch TT- race-track in Assen. Just as i was about to go on t...

Hi Glenn,

Thanks.
Heheh......what a coincidence that the car is the same age as you.

She's currently standing still though.
Problems with the brakes.

Hey Brian, From what i've seen it's the standard height. Saw a standard GTV6 at the Zandvoort track. In my opinion it looked ridiculous since the back seemed to be lowered already (speedboat-look), but that changed in July. It's lowered since that time. And thanks. 8) Here's a photo of how she is ri...

Hi Scott,

There also some Nardi leather wheels, also something that i'm considering.
I won't go smaller then 360mm, 340mm is way to small imho.

Steeringwheel, which one?

Hi guys,

It's been a while since i posted here.
But i'm currently looking for a different steeringwheel.
I'm quite fond of the Nardi's, but don't know which one to buy.

Which type do you guys recommend?
Another brand may also be posted.

Also example-photographs are welcome.

Ciao, Arjan.

Well.......it's been fixed.
It was the voltage regulator, don't know if it's the correct english word.
In dutch: Spanningsregelaar.

Dennis, i think you know the right translation for it.

And she didn't pass her MOT, i'll post the list "that has to be done" later this evening.

Hoi Dennis,

Hmm...never thought of that.
Oh well...she's being diagnosed tomorrow, let's see what Johan de Vries in Appingedam says about it.

For now it's a real pain in the butt, she should be ready before Viva Italia in Assen begins.

Everything goes blank and engine cuts out. (GTV6 2.5)

Guys, sorry for my crappy english, but i have a problem. I had an appointment for her MOT. But she wouldn't start in the first place. 2nd: While driving the entire car quits. Engine and all the dials go dead. I was thinking of an electrical problem, could it be the alternator? Or is it somethi...
