Thanks MD. Didn't know original engine mounts are also a weak spot...
When my new one's fail, i will built some new. Think with 2 of the same bushes of the gearbox mount's per engine mount. That's got to do the job.
The gearbox mount idea is btw from this forum. Thought is was Mats idea.

That's a good tip about the tape. Front mount intercooler is making it a little bbit harder to cool the radiator. So the tape helps for a cooler engine. Transaxleday. As for max torque trough out the entire rpm range , somthing was spinning trough my head. What if u use an electronic regulatet tb valve. You can spin the supercharger faster and regulate the boost with de tb valve. So in mid rpm you not entirely open the tb. My tb comes in front of the charger betw...

thanks! It is a uge unit for this type model. It's an m62 4th gen of an Nissan Xterra. Couldn't find a cheap MP 62 model wich is a lot smaller. I choose for a passenger side supercharger setup because it didn't fit at the other side and this way i don't have to get rid of the windscream washer reser...

Here's a dxf file i made. When welded up the manifold you have to cut it with a grinder so the flange can expand. the cuts has to be made between the oulet ports.

That's right. The alfa164 uses the new style injectors the 75 not. I could install an 164 plemenum but i chose to hold it original. That's why i had to mod it.

First i'll rebuilt my alfa 75. Just ordered my MP62 supercharger. The body is almost ready for paint spraying. Completely renovated the body. Can't wait to drive this baby
