Lots of historic racers (ie dudes being forced to make the best of compromised geometry in order to go fast) end up running as much as 4 to 6 degress negative on the front with r- spec tyres. Check RS 1600 escorts, XU1 Toranas, have even seen some big Falcons with wild cambers (Ben???) It not ideal ...

don't think CAM specificly says 'bolt in' but the scruits often ask anyway :? mine GTV6 has it on the top of the tunnel behind the handbrake and it was a bastard to install there, but can be reached from either the driver or passanger's seat (in case one or the other don't survive the initial impact...

mine's fairly tame, a 2 inch stainless system with a straight-through resonator in the middle and a centre chamber muffler at the back. It is very quiet unless you wring its neck, and even then, its mostly engine noise. However, as I use it on the track this is just not acceptable - it is virtually ...

Fitted power steer to my GTV6 on the weekend again... :D ...swapped out 350mm wheel for a 380mm wheel (return to the std diam). its almost like power steer Difference is amazing. Unfortunately my 380mm wheel is a crappy old Momo with cracked and crazed leather, whereas my 350mm is a beautiful...

I suppose I'm in much the same boat as Echo Leader - looking to improve the handling of my GTV6 for the occasional track outing, without turning it into a monster that is not nice to drive on the road. Regarding roll centres, is a large part of the problem created when the car is lowered 'too much'?...

some really nice wheels here - esp blue 75 with black technomagnesio... 8) My GTV6 has DTM Fin 17x7.5 ET38 with 215/40 tyres. I think it suits the car, not too modern, not too retro - looks 'superturismo' dontyathink! Blue Alfetta chasing me has Simmons B-45, which are a nice 'period' wheel for a pr...

Hi 'Fettish wheels look good - never seen that style before - should really suit the car. As per posts on the ARBB, mine are also 17 x 7.5 running 215/40 all round and they don't rub. Offset is 38 though. Don't know if that small diff is a problem - yours will sit further out and might be a bit clos...
