some update ... bad news Mats is right :( clutch shaft reverse-fifth gear have completely differnet splines ... may be 3-4 is different too here some pics .. note spacer between 4-5 gear that wears out and cause diff whine with 90-100 km/h on 4-5 gear ... :?: original tickness is 2mm .. on my TS box...

Not sure about this but the diameters of the shafts between the Alfetta and 75 boxes are not the same, neither is the splines for the fifth/reverse gear assembly. today i striped down 3 gearboxes :lol: 1 alfetta gtv 2.0 karb(41/10) 1alfa 75 2,0 karb(43/10 ?!?) and 1 from 75TS(41/10LSD) good news ar...

You said it! Don't do it. The results I've seen from cutting down the valve seat are all bad. Being an injuneer you can calculate the added mass on the shim and put it in proportion to the rest. its hard to convert to removable milano type of bridge! on my alfetta gt i cut part enought to drop propshaft and then i make bridge from U shaped steel profile ... where the holes are for bolts i put inside small pipes to not deform bridge when tighten bolts ... sory for crap explanation i hope u w...
