I have 225/50/16 race tires. Which chimp designed the front wheel well for the 75? Seems you could fit bigger wheels on a Yugo.

Haha Jim, 6 throttles? We need to start a new thread.

BTW I have 3 sets of SPICA throttles (about 39mm each). They need to be cut and welded but looks promising. Cheap too.

Greg,

Best if you you call up Andy Kress at performatek.com. I have one of their calipers. No problems so far.

Greg,

The places which sells the SZ caliper spacer upgrades (i.e performatek.com) should have the seals when you seperate the halves.

P/S why not just buy a rebuilt caliper. Your worrying is probably worth more than the rebuilt caliper. :D

SamW,

GregG has the proper tube with the proper sized outlets for all hoses. Why not try that? He sells the tube for V6 owners with aftermarket EFI.

With coilpacks are you going to use 2 ignition output signals from PRO and run wasted spark?

SporttunerGTV6,

You have a pretty hot engine there. Have you considered something like a Megasquirt or Gotech?

All L-Jets should come with LI. You can measure the impedance by using an ohm meter. You'll be measuring the DC component but that is enough to tell you which you have.

2-4 ohms LI
13-16 ohms HI

Those are for FWD Alfas. They are japanese products. You can get them for all FWD V6 cars from: www.unicorse.co.jp www.overracing.co.jp www.garbino.net These shops have 1st quality products (from what are shown). Makes supersprint looks like kiddie toys. BTW, for RWD Alfa V6s, we already have equal ...

I have extended uprights meant for 16" wheels. On the track I wish I could fit 15" wheels. As far as I know Beninca reinforces the welded ones. The ones I have, 2 spindles were used per side to make 1 extended unit, and they were cut at an angle. I think TIG welded, I could be wrong, but I...

Are you asking for the safe mechanical rev limit? I've heard of a case where, on an older engine, revving to 7300 broke the a few of the piston rings. So maybe around 7000rpm is a safe mechanical rev limit for your ole gal.

For QV, 6700rpm is safe. Why go past it? No more power there anyway. I've revved the 3.0 to 6500rpm for many thousand miles. No problems. That had stock everything except for QV cams.

BTW, when did you run 10.5:1 pistons?

Jim,

Don't know about the specs, but they are 2mm shorter than all other V6 cams. So almost no performance cams for it. Need a used one to have it reprofiled.
