Barry, Are you kidding? Don't some of those V8's have the alusil liner corrosion problem with certain quality of petrol? Anyway they don't sound nice, unlike the flatplane crank V8s. BTW, Alfa 24V here are US$2-3K. USA Spec M52 3.2 M3 engines run 2-3X more than that. God knows how much more for fitm...

What's a realistic power figure from a:
2.0 TS stock heads & cams
11:1 85mm pistons
Aftermarket EFI
If for a turbo TS, would a 9:1 pistons, 10 psi of boost be a good recipe for 220 bhp without much lag?
