tubular front sway bar
Zambon, i posted a question regarding this a few weeks ago. interesting to see it come up again so soon! i recently bought a hollow bar made by schroeder off ebay. it is gun drilled ( not sure what this exactly means) but the the hollow bar reportedly has the same stiffness as the equivalent solid b...

timing belt tensioner
this has been an interesting thread to follow!
what is the part number for the older ( and recommended) tensioner?
also where is the best place to buy replacement bearings? is it a common size or does it have to come from IAP or similar?
thanks

oil pressure
as i understand it. you need 10psi per 1000rpm. from past experience a hot engine will show next to no oil pressure at idle. from memory the low pressure oil light is set to go off at 20psi and i have always used this more religeously than the guage, particularly at idle! i have had a few dodgy send...

will a 164 V6 water pump fit in a GTV6?
any help or feed back would be great. i dont have two to compare at present so a heads up would be much appreciated.
thanks

MS or MS-2? or vems
hi mats, in my research iv come across vems. does it integrate well with an alfa? part of the beauty of MS is that i could return back to the L-jet should i needquite easily, can this be done with vems? also, how does the set up cost compare and tunability between the two? im on a reasonably tight b...

MS or MS-2?
thanks murray for the input. i was thinking that might be the case! initially id thought to go MS-1 but i guess its not going to be anyharder to set up in the short term. plus i have the capability to improve and upgrade to the MS-2 extra functions without so much hassle in the long term. ill keep y...
