The figures shouldn't be that difficult to understand. Power [hp] and torque [Nm] Lowest is stock. Then 3 mods from different years. To comment the results the power band is OK. Is the V6 really that much heavier?
It's hard to imagine. I have mine in bits and pieces so I should weigh them all.
Just as a feeling there shouldn't be more than maybe 50 kg difference.

I don't know what you consider fast but two corners at 150 and one at 200 km/h is fast to me. Yes - there are that fast kinks on other tracks but seldom long sweeps. I don't know on either.
But a NA 3.7 should have maximum about 400 Nm and this is less than a 1.8 with high boost so I guess it should cope with it.

If you look at the numbers a 3.7 with 425 hp matches really well a GT3. Bore and stroke are almost same. Power too. http://www.porsche.com/uk/models/911/911-gt3/featuresandspecs/ However, the Poosch has variable cams meaning it performs well in lower revs unlike the Alfa would with cams for that HP....

Again not Alfa related but the Poosch transaxles seem to keep the smoke inside even under power. The 951 box is very difficult to mate with Alfa's DeDion but the 928's is much easier. If you go the turbo route there's no real need for 3.5 liters. Maybe some more grunt at really low rpms. My friends 2.0 V6 (164) has 400 hp already and a 3.0 is enough to break the 116 drivetrain. With my cylinder heads I need about 1.3-1.4 bar boost for 1 kHP. I can get an engine delivered from her...

With good porting 400 hp is possible. From 3.0 it needs very high revs. 3.5 only high. $/HP turbo or compressor beats the NA route.
