Re: Jim K. 3.2 engine
It's being rebuilt. All it has are shaved heads, JK 10mm cams, max speeding rods. Otherwise it's stock. Just contacted Joe Beninca and he gave me a good deal on an Autronic SM3. Evaluating between that and an Emerald K6. has anyone who has used the maxspeeding rods confirm if they have the correct ...

Re: Bike throttle bodies
thanks for the reply.. i have bought a set of 675 triple bodies cheap just to have a play with.. AHM remove the original injectors and i cant see the need for running two sets on a narrow rev band engine.. gains above 11000rpm lol yes been looking at AHM set up and will try to replicate in for a who...

Re: Bike throttle bodies
found this Where one injector is to be used per cylinder the best compromise position is immediately downstream of the butterfly. This gains maximum advantage from local turbulence and gives results surprisingly close to the optimum at both ends of the rev-range. This is the recommended position for...

I was thinking as the 24v already has the injector fitted all you really need is individual 45mm throttle plates and these c...

Re: Piggy Back Unichip question
I would speak to Ned at autolusso.. was very helpful when my ecu broke.. now i,m not 100% sure but the alfa 3.2 gta ecu which i think are 7.31 maybe are extremely tune-able standard but cost wise even though they are plug and play are nearly as much as an emerald system. but if you could get one sec...

Re: Jim K. 3.2 engine
I think i read somewhere on another forum of a conversion using bmw rods and when i investigated they had the correct piston pin journal size i was after but a 45mm main bearing. Thats why i decided on Cosworth rods as the journal in very slightly smaller than alfa but not a massive amount. I guess ...

Re: Jim K. 3.2 engine
been looking into this myself.. running 100mm bore plus using cosworth rods so grinding big ends smaller thought about offset grinding and getting another smaller stroke increase. have a few spares cranks here and one damaged quite badly was going to get my machine shop to have a play and see what w...
