Good evening guys, ... some more pics of connection hoses between thermostat housing and cylinder heads. Next following pics are a self made tool to adjust the timing belt tensioner and you can use the 3/8" ratchet.

Position of one pipe of the thermostat has to be modified to bring it in line with the head of cylinder 1-2-3, the other side Looks not too bad so.

Next pics I´m really proud of, ... this is how a serious race engine should look like !

Last week I´ve got the vernier pullies, race cams and hard valve springs from CatCams.
Heads have to be modified with a Dremel to get enough clearance for cams.

Next step is to lighten the OEM Alfa 75 V6 flywheel. P1020831.JPG OEM weight 11,4 kg, and now 8,2 kg. P1020832.JPG Thermostat housing also has to be modified because flansh of waterpump from 75 V6 is different to the 166 24V waterpump flansh. Also a problem is the clearance of the middle Timing belt...
