Check for transmision mounts, if they are not good the transaxle will move up and down with the load and might hit the bump stop.

Yes, you have to change them all, crank pulley, cams and oil pump, i'm using the new type tensioner too, so far so good.

It is as I have done just that on my v6 Giulietta, i have a 164 v6 and changed all pulleys to the 155 type, it's all plug and play, no mods needed.

Welcome home again indeed, by the way Greg, I have all the supercharger kit stuff in Uruguay now, the build should start soon so maybe at the end of August your first
Kit in South America will be up and running.

How old is the belt? it may be a poor quality item, the belt should not be super tight.

Oh I didn't know the kit was still around, my engine has custom headers and the 164 intake manifold so it should be good.
Does your machinist provide the kits? I'll send you an e-mail or MP for the details if you don't mind :D
