Lately i'v been trying to contact Andy in every possible way - e mails, phone, cell phone...and could not succeed in getting in touch with the man.
Does anyone here knows whats going on with him ? is he ok ?
It is more then a month that i'v been trying to contact the guy with no luck so far. :?

Good for you David! Just make sure to check very carefully! a specialy at all the places we wrote about! also try move some rubbers and look carefully at the trunk, under carpets, and Under the car. Rust sometimes hide well in this cars. If your car is as the way you describe it then I'm realy happy...

Hi Josef

84 cars and on DOES have an original timer unit located on drivers side under the dash secured with a screw.(mine are working as they should on an 1984 GTV2.0)

the lights should stay on for about 20 seconds or so.

Hi David I want to add few places of "be awear for rust" in GTV's as far as I know them(and I do) 4 corners of wheels - lower corners of wheel wells front and rear. rear inner wheel wells - some GTV's has them and some dont! it starts from inside the rear inner wheel wells between the whee...

performatek sells powerflex bushings so you can just order them from powerflex uk. Not corect! Performatek doesnt sell Powerflex bushings, maybe superflex from the UK or superpro from Australia wich looks realy the same but for sure not Powerflex. This car belonged to a freind of mine.
the car was sold, and all its components are going to be installed in an 1983 GTV4 :wink:
but the set up is going to be twin turbos with pair of GT28 turbos.
