Adaptor Fittings for Proportioning Valve Install ?
Hello Everyone, I may purchased the wrong part. I wanted to correct the brake bias on my 82 GTV6 and bought a Wilwood proportioning valve to replace the stock unit. It uses SAE type threads 1/8”-27 NPT but our Alfas use a 10mm x 1mm threads. I did some rummaging around the web to find adaptors but d...
I drive mine daily about 9 months out of the year is Seattle. The rest of the time I drive a Ford F150 pickup. What a slug! I usually can't wait to get back into the GTV6 once the (mild) winter is over. I find it such a pleasure to drive something with a high fun factor, unique looks, and rarity. Th...

164 Brake Master Cylinder Interchangable w/GTV6 Master ?
Just wanted a confirmation on this as my GTV6 master cylinder needs replacement. From what I understand, the GTV6 master cylinder is 22mm, and the 164 is 24mm. That should provide shorter peddel travel and likely greater feel at the cost of higher leg pressure (not a problem in my view). Are the two...

Input Shaft Affect Speedo Reading ?
Does the input shaft in the transaxle differ over the model years in regards to speedo readings? Is this were the sensor picks up the signal ? My intention is to install a Milano Verde transaxle but with the earlier GTV6 trans housing in an effort to avoid speedometer compatibility problems as well ...

Sounds like a very big project to me. There are plenty of Alfa 2.5L sixes around. They've been put into Alfa Spiders before with mixed results. Seems the problems involve chassis crossmember clearence, stiffness and weight ballence. As for a sleeper, well, no one under 30yrs knows what a Fiat or Alf...

Hi Greg, Great idea you've got there on the head light upgrade. I would like to be a customer as well. Darkness and rain can really soak up light from a car's head lamps. So if I understand you correctly, we should check this forum's classifieds and/or your web site just after the national conventio...

Is this a sheep in wolfs clothing ? Although reminicent of the Autodelta Alfetta race cars, those were built to race regulations that had limitations like engine displacement. In this day and age I'd think the engine in that car would be pretty wimpy compared to even average cars out on the road tod...

Thanks for the information guys. Sounds like the Azina are both a road and track type of tire, but like all-season tires, they are a compromize. Can't do either one exceptionally well. Maybe still an ok choice when one wants to install their tires at home then drive to the track. Still a compromise ...
