No problem! When checking forums, why not reply!
It is indeed weird, but probably has a simple reason. In the end the car was drivable. So the end bit is a bit rushed.
I believe he had enough tubing lying around to make this... So didn't bother buying new or bigger pipes..

Re: A/C installation in a non A/C spec GTV6
Okey! thanks for the tip! The highest temperature in Holland I've ever seen on my modern car is 40degrees Celsius.. (last year) And the car is black, so the AC needs to be good! I'm not going to freeze myself, but I need to be chilled  Even with a bearing&electric motor upgrade and cleanin...

Re: Post some vids boys!!
Not that much to see. 2x 51mm tubing, front to back. I will install flex pieces in the near future. To pull the whole thing to the left a bit. And yes I know, I need to replace the input shaft bearing... oil spilling out of there a bit. http://i376.photobucket.com/albums/oo209/Melvivio/Alfa%20Romeo%...

Re: 3.2 V6 - removing the oil filter heat exchanger
Hey hey, Just wanted to comment, that my 24v engine also had the oil cooler removed. The oilfilter is now bolted on with M 20x1.5 thread, plug provided by the solution Kevin provided. In a few months I will install a oil cooler, because I don't feel comfertable driving without one. It will be a set ...

Re: A/C installation in a non A/C spec GTV6
As I promised to post more here, I searched for a place to post, as it is always better to post in a existing thread then to create a new one  Next I'll update my introduction post as well, but this is a project which should be placed here. Kevin gave me some advice few months ago, about the p...

Re: Post some vids boys!!
Hey MD, I didn't build the car, So i'm learing the specs slowly. On the ride quality, I'm not sure yet how I like it. The car rides fairly softly indeed, But for general road soft is fine. However it will probably under steer all over the place, when I go visit a racetrack in the spring. So yes, I w...

Re: Post some vids boys!!
Thanks! Yes it are ronal wheels! the.. teledails, or A1 is the correct name. Swapping the engine in isn't as easy as it would seem. Alot of sensors have to be cut off, you need to make a fitting for the heater unit, reweld the oilpump sucktube  But there can't be enough great gtv's in the worl...

Re: PICTURES-Different wheels for Alfa`s-Barry
I'm feeling this is a bit to much. They make the car look like a.. pimp/ricer mobile, rather than a alternative for a Ferrari. The car is elegant, and I like it that way. So the wheels are importation to me. The ronal A1's are to closed for my taste, however I do like the deep rim bed, and the circe...

Re: Building the supercharger to the engine (75 3.0V6)
Wauw great work! Can't wait to see this car at a meeting :) next year @ trans-axle day? Just a tip, I uses exhausttape (uitlaatband) for the manifolds. It decreased the outgoing heat by 300 degrees. They say that because the gasses don't cool the leave the exhaust faster. It really helps bringing do...
