Magneti Marelli shocks! any experience anyone ?

Hi
I saw there are Magneti Marelli shocks for alfetta\gtv6.
I think they are the ones who bought spica-the OEM shocks manufactor.
Does anyone know this shocks from experience, are they any good ?
Not as sport shocks and of course dont compare them to koni\bilstien shocks, but are they any good for a road car? should they be identical to the OEM old spica shocks ?
