Removing the Upper Control Arm 1986 GTV6

Hi,
Any suggestions on how to remove a UCA retaining bolt that is seriously rusted onto the inner part of the bushing? I have sprayed in tons of WD40 and have been tapping the bolt with no success. There is no room for an angle grinder to cut the bolt and I do not look forward to sitting there with a hacksaw blade mounted on a handle. I have purchased new bushings and ball joints and want to get the job of front suspension rebuild done completely.

Thanks,
Brian.
