Can anyone tell me for sure what is the original alfa romeo color code for the lower section of the late GTV'S wich painted in Gray ?
It should match the bumpers perfectly.

If you are talking about the '84 model year (the only year with the dark contrasting paint along the rockers) I **believe** it is AR763 "Grigio Nube Metallic", but it may be AR755 "Gray Poly". (The paint code sticker under the rear hatch only gives the main body color not the contrasting color.) The wheels would also seemed to be painted the same color.

If anyone can uncover this info I would be pleased to know as well.

I had some work done on my silver over grey 1984 car a year or so ago here in the UK, and asked them what colour they used for the grey. I have a copy of the formula but it is all gibberish to me. The bit that I can understand says Alfa Romeo 604 Grigio Scuro (1)(S).

It looks OK to me, but then there isn't much to paint and I suspect that it was all done to hide any potential mismatch.

I am not sure if this is much help....

Can you show me picture of your car ?

I think it should be some gray metalic only without its top clear coat, and the same should apply to the skirts and bumpers.
