Problem with air temp-sensor.

Hi!
I have my ms installed and is about to start tuning it. The problem I've encountered is that the MAT-gauge in megatune shows nada when engine is running. It lights up when I turn the key to mar-position but goes out when I crank and stays off when engine runs. Tried a different sensor just to rule that out.
I'm running with stock AFM, l-jet harness and an adapter to connect to ms.
Any ideas?
