Why is it the Dutch are so crazy about Alfas .? Their must be DNA link somewhere

its is a peculiar fact that the netherlands has got percentually a high number of alfa's/alfisti. i once was told that outside of italy, holland and sweden were the biggest markets for alfa (percentually)
the largest dutch alfaclub (there are several) scarb is one of the (if not the) biggest in the world. the love for alfa has probably something to do with our wayward ways(living in a swamp on the bottom of the sea)

Today i talk to the painter off the car . This month ore the next is gose to him and he will do all the work.

I have just had another long look at all this work. Unbelievable ! Cars in that condition in Oz would simply go to the crusher and become next years Chinese bicycle production .

I have done a lot of work on cars myself as you know but I am still blown away by this relentless dedication. Congratulations once again..

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. I can sleep in Dutch too.

Good progress . When they finish painting car you must put some rubber under boot lid before transport . I forgot and it chipped the paint . I did do the doors though .

My Father is Italian and my Mother is Dutch.... think I was destined to be an Alifsti!

That is a serious amount of work you have put in, judging from the photo's you are taking no short cuts or easy routes. It's going to be a damn fine professional job. Can't wait to see the end result.
