A+ for GuruMats today, A definite F for MD!(10 pushups! ) Cylinder centerlines changed in the 2liter, but valve train remained the same because of cams, manifolds and carbs. You will have to smooth those things out when you balance volumes.

An F for MD ?

I take it that F stands for Mr Fabulous and Funky in which case I am Fine with that. :D

Thanks for the brain food Jim and Mats. Interesting industrial perspective about the production of the heads.

So Jim what you are saying to me is , "never mind the quality, feel the width". Is that what you are saying? :D

Mats I am always interested in what you have to say particulary about technical stuff. I would be looking for stuff like this in the engine area. So I suppose you may want think that through. Up to you.

Yeah MD, now that you mention it you do smell kinda funky...

I do post in the engine area as well but this last post with me cleaning out the chambers didn't feel like something worthy of a thread by itself.
But on the other hand, good luck trying to find this info in two years... Hmm, I'll take it under consideration. 8)

Just got home from the garage, it's 00:30 (night) and I guess this is as dark as it gets here right now... :)

Micke, Jes, welcome back. ;)
