Only have a 75 3.0 now. It started life as a 75 2.5. But now it has:
J&E 10.5:1 pistons
Norman Racing head rebuild (very mild)
C&B 10.4mm cams
Autronic SMC kit from Beninca Motors
SZ headers with 2.5" stainless pipipng, and burnsstainless merge collector.
Greg Gordon's Stage II Injectors

Estimated power: 195 bhp.

The whole car has completely new bushings (lower/upper arms, dedion, watts linkage, anti-roll bar). Mechanically A1. But needs some cosmetic updates. So the plans are a new repaint (some sort of dark blue) and 17" SSR Competitions or Team Dynamics or something but they have to be 17" wheels for sure.

So decided on where youre gonna head with your motor?

At last count I thought you were thinking about going S/C, but I guess now you have the pistons, youre gonna go easy on it for a bit?
Fixing it bit by bit....

No SC for now. I'll try to keep it the way it is now. It needs a new paint job, a HUGE but stock looking intake (ala Beninca's modified airbox) and a good dyno tune.

Hello Zamani.

Have you fine tuned you autronic system? Have you used/tried the autotune function, if you have got the chip? I have got the same system on my engine, but I have just started an older engine to see if everything worked properly. How have you set your ignition? Have set mine near to the stock values, just as a start up upset.
If you dont want to keep anything secrets i would like to see your ignition curve.....
I have the original Autronic lambdameter model A(yes, very expensive) and a bosch wideband sensor, so I will use the autotune function to finetune the A/F mixture.

Glenn,

The 17" are only for looks :)

Jarle,

Yeah I have SMC 1.91 with Autotune. My ignition timing peaks at 25 degrees BTDC at around 3500 rpm. Haven't dyno tune it yet. I have the Autronic lambda meter as well.

What's the spec of your new engine?

Thanks. The standard ignition timing, according to autodata, is 24-28 at 4200o/min.
Some of my specs:
-venolias cr 11,2:1, with total seals.
-race cams from catcams.
-homemade headers
-autronic smc v1.92 w/autotune
-distributor less ignition.
-spesial plenumchamber
-and a lot more but these are the most important.

Greg has a picture of it on his page 4.

The customs were only interested in live plants, fruits. Didn't see a checkbox on cars

Nah, just a friends car.

In a year or two I hope to bring in a 156 GTA Wagon.

Zamani,

Do you have a secret for getting grey market cars (bikes) titled?

Email me off list if you do!
