What does your engine sound like?

Post by Alfa-Alfa »

Hi,

Im new to these forums and would like to say what a great site this is! At the moment I have 4 cars, only one of which is an Alfa... and its not a GTV6. One of the main reasons I want to sell ALL four (including my 33 Ti 1.5L) and swap them for one good late model GTV6 is a) the looks and b) the V6!!!

But before I test drive one (there aren't that many GTV6 in New Zealand...) can someone PLEASE post sounds of the engine from the cabin, outside with the hood off next to the engine, and lastly the exaust (stock or not), and REV the engine as well??? I just wanna hear these beauties before I splash out...

Cheers!

if this one doesnt make you crazy for the gtv6, you need a perscription! Has cams and exhaust mods, to name a few...

It is the grey GTV6 at Spa. There is a thread about it under performance. Too much for me to take, I watch it all the time
Makes me think I can beat everyone with my stock (USA) 75 Milano verde :D

I downloaded those videos, very swank indeed!! My Alfa 33ti boxter engine has a mean sound, so I can just imagine a V6 to have an even sweeter note.
