Got myself a 3L 24v V6!

Post by fedezyl »

Well a got struck by luck, I found a 24v V6 here, from a 164, it was from the Italian ambassador here, only has 106000km's, anyways, it has everything pretty much, I say pretty much because it's missing the injectors...but in any case i'm planning on putting the 12v V6 first, i'd love if you guys could give me some info about the 24v, specially the differences with the 12v

thanks!

Darn! Peer pressure. Have to go out and look for a 24V now.

Well tomorrow is the day, i'm picking the engine up, the bad thing is that it's missing the AFM, the injectors and one coil from a cylinder, the good thing is, I can buy new injectors, I have a Gotech Pro unit with coil packs, the engine has 106000km's, should be ok, but we are going to take the crankshaft out for balancing once I get all the parts needed for the V6 conversion into the Giulietta, i'll get some pics tomorrow

Big cheer for the Italian abmassadors. That's how I got my 24V too. Of course I had to take the rest of the Q4 as well.
