what to do with 3 engines?

i have 2 2.5 engines from a 75(one is ok, other was exposed to rain for years) and one 3.0 from 164 with damaged crankshaft.
what are your suggestions?
to rebuild crankshaft of the 3liter and transplant the 164 engine to fit 75 using the parts from the 2.5
to use the lines and pistons and make a hybrid 2.8 with moving the small end more up( 3.0 head or 2.5 head? im not sure)
or just drop the 2.5 crank into 3.0 liter block without dismatling the 3.0 engine (will the CR be too low?)
something else?
