Anyone have a pic of a good home made sump baffle that works for the 2.5 or 3.0 oil pans?

I was thinking of a little extra sheet aluminum running along the sides of the oil pan (deepest section only) BUT with a gap down the middle for easy gravity filling.

Is it a waste of time or not needed (for possible light track days)??
