Does any one know ore these are good bearings:

crankshaft bearing Sintered Bronze no overlay.
They are from rockauto.com

Don't know what the no overlay is. And ore the originals from sinterd bronze..?

That sounds too hard a material. It will wear well but any debris in the system will scratch and wear the crank. The bearings are supposed to be the cheap part that wears out and can be replaced inexpensively.

The bearing overlay, and the bit most likely to touch the crankshaft, is babbitt. It is a lead alloy.
