Very neat ! Is this originally a 2.0 shell ? What bonnet ( hood )are you going to use as the 2.5 one does not fit on those throttles . Most guys use the 3.0 bonnet .
The sound those throttles make when you behind the wheel is glorious . It makes all that hard work worth it all !

Hi Kevin,
Yes it was a 2.0 shell,
Had to do some changes on it to fit the V6.
I have fitted v6 drive line and hubs with the 3.0 larger drive shafts .

3.0 bonnet would you have photos ,

Just removed some rust from the doors and bonnet fitment was next. I wanted to fit the 2.5 bonnet :| , I have not yet tried fitting it.

Also depends on type of filters you are going to use . I can give you full sketch of bonnet or you can order one from a chap in UK who has good moulds for the bonnet and larger spoiler . If you do i know another chap in Oz who was going to order one so maybe you combine order .. or just simply modify your bonnet like the green 24v Gtv of Ale drig who is on forum .. probably easier and also good looking as you can do away with the plastic piece

Hi Kevin ,
I am going to fit filter socks over the throttle rams.
I don't know what I will do yet with the bonnet.
I will work it out once I try fitting it.
Mite do something different, refer picture. :D

I believe you’re in melbourne? Where about a?

My conversion and project is finally getting some momentum, although I’d love to have a look at yours.

May also be able to help with an SA 3.0 bonnet as I’m also going to run aHm throttles and An SA bonnet on my car.
