I got a 2.5/3.0 (Milano) alfa work shop manual from www.mercianmanuals.co.uk on ebay, is a reproduction of the ALFA factory work shop manual, covers it all, special tools, electrical diagrams etc, etc
worth a look, fast registered postage too
Incl postage from UK to Aus i saved $70au on equivalent manual available here.

I downloaded a lot of Alfa workshop manual info from this site: http://mark.denovich.org The Zip files are much better quality than the screen shot here.

Seems to be down at the moment, but lots of useful workshop manual stuff. Here's a sample page of the engine section index, This section covers engine overhaul for all the engines listed.

Hey David, thanks for the help! I tried searching for the manual in that web page but couldn't find it, is there any way you can send it to me via email or a link to download it? I'm in desperate need for it since we are tearing the engine apart next week and don't want to screw it up
