75 3.0 litre l-jet rev limiter

.. I have seen it discussed before and I want to remove the limiter, help please..

Check what type of rotor you have.You will spot it straightaway if it's of type that has an extra fitting designed to spin out and cut ignition timing at a set rpm.I promptly bought an aftermarket rotor and no more rev limit. :D

Sorry Bruce,I forgot to add that this rev limiter type rotor was found on my GTV6 2.5 and was Bosch origional.I stand to correction,but I would presume the 75 to be the same ? :?:
