After a year of struggling with the pedal feel on my 75 TS racer, I'm planning on going with a tilton or wilwood reverse mount pedal box on the new racer. Does anyone know what sizes the brake and clutch master have standard?

I have stock front calipers and giulia rear calipers (same as stock).

You mean the standard Alfa sizes ?
Clutch master = 19mm, brake master = 22mm

Are you using a vacuum booster and OEM brake hoses?

no booster and I will make new lines/hoses.

If you have a dial guage, link it against the pedal box and get someone to see how much flex is in the firewall when you are down hard on the brake pedal. If it is flexing, install a brace.

The only movement you want is the fluid in the system. New braided hoses should also firm up the pedal. The rest will depend on you choice of pad materials as you know.

Which pad compound are you using?

The firewall will flex, no doubt. I still have plenty of feel in my brakes though. Old rubber hoses in the system must be replaced with teflon or similar.

I'm using Pagid Blue all around. Pretty happy with them.

All lines are hardlines or teflon braided and yes, there's flex in the firewall. Since I'm building the new car, I thought to go with a new pedal box and move myself a little further back in the car. Been thinking about floor mount, but heared a lot of drivers complaining about their ankles with floor mount. So decided to go with a reverse mount hanging pedal setup. With the current dollar I simply can't resist.

I have a better idea and I know it works.

Change pads to the Black compound in the front, they have loads more bite and therefore you don't have to push as hard -> less flex.

Easier too.

btw, the std sizes of the MCs will work only together with the regulator in the line to the rear calipers.

I have some note flouting in my mind that the brake master cylinder was stepped. 22mm for the front and 19 mm for the back, can anyone confirm that?

hmmm I have thrown an leaking master cylinder in the bin a month ago, after laying useless around for 4 years

How about clutch slave cylinder? anyone remember what diameter is that?

AFAIR clutch slave is 25,40mm. I also remember using 164 slave repair kit for gtv6 as originals were unavailable.
