I'm so glad you've got it. Express airmail from the land of the funny cigarettes takes nearly two weeks!! Damn, the guys from the Postal Services have probably been smoking too much......

Daniel, I run a ground clearance of 7cm(nearly 3 inches) and could go lower. Rules state that no part of the car should hit the ground with one or more flat tires. That's why we run it soo high ;) And the crappy geometry of the front suspension.......

you boys need to come out to play at Morgan Park instead of mucking around with those ricers at QR - MP is nice and smooth (well, mostly anyway  )

Well your wish is very much on the cards as we can't make the QR track this week end. Tried my best but I cannot start the engine with its brand new loom. There is a problem with one of the igniter circuits and I can't get spark on 2&3 cylinders. My fixit guy is now working in Townsville and wont be back for a week so that's the end of that...

F*CK!

That sucks Mike. Not making it this time has one plus. You don't have to stress out as much to get the car finished for the next event. It's nearly done! There will be a next time....

Ha haa. Yeah the "Brick" is certainly "chunky" like the Volvo 240 but half the weight give or take a house brick, hahaa. She has about as much aerodynamics as a flying brick if you can see the funny side here.. ?

..still in limbo sorry to say. Waiting for the electronics Guru to be available to fix it.

Went to Queensland Raceway yesterday just to support the rest of the Alfa Sprinters and to drool over the cars.

Jason. Thanks for the pics. You're a champ in more ways than one..

Alfettish. You're a helper in the making of this car too but you don't know it. My engine headers were inspired by your avatar . You will see what I mean when I post the engine series photos.

Fernando. Not sure but I could be your dad. I did sail to Africa once. :D Naaah just kidding Buddy. Thanks for your encouragement.

It's early days and there are refinements to make but the car feels strong and well in the ballpark for its intended use....sheit how modest and bland can you get? What I meant to say is..

it's pants wetting, yeehaaaw !!! :D :D :D

that front air damn/bumper looks great and weird at the same time...almost like its a rear bumper from something flipped upside down
