perfect suspention for racing

i have heard that there is a combination of torsion bar with rear springs.......???? also some people say about a combination of shocks.........bilstein in front and koni in rear ??

front sway bar ????mm .....rear sway bar ??????mm

PLEASE ADVICE.....GTV 2.0 ...1978

do i have to reinforce my chassis?????? can i go for 30mm torsion bar???

mats.... what is your combination in your car

What is your budget and what are your regs and are you prepared to weld chassis.
