Tom, spoiler is still problem. But the chaps who are doing my doors say they can fix my old mould to get a perfect product like doors. I have been waiting for six weeks for another chap to make me spoilers but let me down and I really did not want to fork out for a new mould at this stage. Will keep you posted on that. No rush on collecting bonnet, not going anywhere. If it all comes together soon then can ship over gtv6gp as well. My folks are coming over to Oz to visit rest of family in December so we can do transactions then,
Cheers for now

Kevin,

do you have any idea what it would cost to ship one of your beautiful bonnets to Athens, Greece (provided it could be done of course...) because i heard JK is willing to sell all his Milanos and convert back to wild carb'd 116 GTV4s (just joking he, he , he... serious about the bonnet though!)
Thanks!

X

X, that was the last bonnet but it looks like the guys here want two more. Before any commitments I will check with an Alfa tuner here how he gets his parts to Greece and maybe he can do it. probalby not worth it but lets see the sums.
Cheers
Kevin

Some nice work there Kevin! How about some footage of some serious Alfa's being driven in anger   ?

Duk as mentioned in other thread I will find some vids from yesterday. Sadly my car was not driven in anger as I put an extra seat in and took 'public ' around. This was an alfa promotion day to get more people involved in racing. That white giulietta was awesome even more so was a 180kw(fly wheel) twinspark gt which was two seconds off a 350kw twin turbo track car. This is car that was rebuilt as shortly after being featured in TRACK & RACE mag it suffered a major shunt.

Joe thanks for posting pics above .This is a Tarmac rally car . Motor and gearbox has always been reliable but cooling being problem. Idea is to try isolate all the coolers and then remove the hot air from one cooler not to interfere in the other . See the high oil cooler . The hood is custom made to allow this hot air to get out . S till a lot of work to do by dawie as once all pipework is in then chassis reinforcement from shock mount to castor point pick up has to be put back . Motor is a 3.7 24v . The new head gaskets they using now on these 3.7's are bullet proof even under turbo loading .
Problem within car on the track is these tyres are to narrow and after 4 laps they are finished .
This car I'm sure will be widened with huge slicks in the near future but at this stage will remain a 0.5 bar boost motor . At the moment it pushes double the power of my 3.7 on dyno ( the boost was turned up fractionally )
