After been very successful in 2016 , Georges has done a few more tweaks and changes to the already brilliantly built 75 . The motor has stayed the same but quite a lot of smal been changes been made in brakes , interior heating for demisting , removal of floor mount pedal box to master cylinder directly onto pedal box .
Some pics to follow up of his extremely neat work.

Zamani .. This is one of my trigger wheels George has machined and "heat shrunk " onto the pulley . Never had issues . Some people talk about the rubber in pulley moving etc , if it is then time to replace pulley .
Also got coupling cage upfront . ( good buy George :D )
Note reverse of water pump pulley .

Fuel tank holds 70litres so car can take part in endurance racing . Decision of safety was placed first to keep the tank away from usual spare tyre well which we all know keeps CG low . The tank can be filled externally which makes it far easier . Their is a 1.5 litre internal swirl pot , VDO tube linked to the Dash2 and foam filled .
Shape of tank was maximised to make sure the 70litre capacity was kept as low as possible .
Note the power steering pump in the spare wheel well.

Clutch set up using the lighter twin plate gtv6 clutch which can handle more power than the single plate .
Intermediate plate skimmed to allow for the thicker organic plates to fit .
Note the MD inspired clutch reinforcing web :)

Fantastic pics. Guys, this 75 is REALLY NICELY DONE. The attention to detail is brilliant!

Kev,

Ask George to put in a camera inside the car so we can see some action at Brands.

Zamani I will make sure he has a cameras in the car . Yes his work is exceptional and he's also an ex top British karting competitor so that's worth quite a few seconds as well . Only chap I know who gets on the track once every two years and sets top times . Good ol George !

Was good Alfa / Italian car day at Brands as usual . George and Snowdon entered into different categories with the more powerful 3.2 24v of george entering into the Italian vs English race but sadly his car was 200hp less than those around him but nevertheless the car ran faultlessly and set great lap times . Some of the cars were 450hp Intergrale , 500hp v8 Escort , two 458 Fezzas , turbo Escort etc
Some pics to follow

Some internal pics of the car in a better light than previous pics. Rules are very strict regarding the containment of fuel tank in the boot . Every hole has to be sealed up for scrutineering which is pretty strict .
