No Dust Boots;
The Praggias for the moment DO NOT have dust-boots (a la Brembo) around the pistons...
I have asked the question of Chris (at Praggia).....

French cars are shit and shit expensive to service and bloody awful and unreliable and expensive and friends don't let friends drive french cars and you wait years for parts.
Z,My rear setup-155 v6 discs and 164 frnt cal.Too much with the 164 cal.The std 155 or 156 rear cal will be better.

Barry - nice one mate
It's nice to see the kits actually fitted on the cars! Wait 'till some of the guys here see what you've done
I really like the fact you've used factory 305 and 310 mm "BREMBO" discs, the Brembo castings are the highest quality casting around, and have high carbon content. This makes sense as it keeps the cost down ( nice) and the discs can fit under 15' wheels, which had not been general infomation previously.
Why go to the expense and hassle of massive 330mm+ discs and alloy bells on a gtv6/75?? With these powerfull calipers, it's really just overkill in my opinion, as 305 310mm are more than enough-even for racing....

305 is plenty unless you have too much weight.
Big rotors just add weight and inertia, eight pot calipers?
I just hope my 15" wheels clears the 305mm discs and calipers. That would be sweet, cheap(ish) tires and light rims.

Andrew,I know the car well.The shitty engine bay spray job?I did it with a couple of spray cans bought from the hardware shop at Dawies place.He neede a "very quick "spray job done,like in 3 minutes before the engine went in!!For a moment there I thought you had Julian`s 75!! Now there is a car I would trade grandma for........
Mats,The cals(8 pots)and 305 discs fit into a 15" rim no prob.If I recall,Jim K also fitted his e-bay Brembos and 300mm discs into Compomotive wheels for his 75.
Have you ghot my mails yet?

Julian has sold the original 75 he raced from 1999, that won everthing!! had various 3.3 3.5 3.6 3.7 engines!!
Was sold to another UK Alfa racer. Yes the TT is a little untidy in the engine bay, but i've got plans . For the price I paid, I could not say no! The wheels are worth more than I paid for it
Just needs some better brakes
Whats the story with the Alfa 155 ex-tourer???
