The ones I have are the Dynalite II Billets. Yuo can get the Dynalite II forged for US$110. Caliper piston size I used with 24mm MC (from a 164) is 1.38"..

Supra rotors came from the '86-'91 model with the 7MGE (MA80 chassis?). 302mm X 22mm, and I think 52mm hat height.

You could try the one from the latest model (JZA80 chassis, 2JZGE engine) but the hat height may be different. The 2JZGTE equipped Supras (TwinTurbo) will obviously have thicker rotors, which will probably suck BHP since it is heavier.

So, Zamani, the ones that fit the car are the showed here:

http://www.wilwood.org/catalogs/tech/ca ... aliper.pdf

as Part Number: 120-5093, Right?

Can these calipers and Supra rotors be fitted with the stock 15" rims?

they fit the gtv6 , but; with a specially designed mounting bracket....!
looks like that near 298-305mm seem to be the maximum size to enter on any kind of 15" wheel.

but this should be checked for each wheel.

i know that the dynalite fit on gtv6 oem 15" wheels with 298mm(11.75") disc.(0.81" discs and small plate beetwen hub and wheel)

Not sure about 15" wheels though, I have 16" wheels because my uprights/spindles have been extended.

Whatever happened to Daniel (Australia)? He used RX-7 TwinTurbo calipers with Supra rotors.

Amazing amount of info found on the old forum.

Here's just a few of many threads regarding big brake conversions:

Contains Barry's & Daniel's brake conversion

Zamani, I've seen in an old post from you that you have schematics/measures/diagrams of the mounting brackets needed to be built to fit the Wilwoods. Can I get them?

Anyone has the same for the rear caliper spacers needed to fit SZ disks?

Friends, why not buy a complete TAROX kit they have them readymade including everything : Calipers, discs, adapters, hubs, hoses, bolts. You fit it in less than an hour!

For two reasons: One, these ready made sets cost unreasonably high, many go higher than 1500-2000Euros!! And two, most of us love to do things ourselves AND save money in the process! This is just one of the reasons this forum exists.

So, what was the problem? It is always very interesting to know a bit more than just hearsay? I know about AP-brakes that work just fine, but also some that did not work too well.
Normally the problems come from using the wrong components for a specific use.
So I know that there is TAR-OX kits that does work very well, but there can also be some that does not work so well.
By the way I have more than one car, but all ALFAS!
