What about building your own headers? Just a simple design with bigger primaries should do the job. I think 1.63" ones should be ok.

Oh yeah I have the SZ ones. The welds on them are amazing, must be TIG. And stainless too. Only $500 3 years ago. Too bad the primary pipes are small (1.5").

Or if you want a set of top quality Liverpool exhaust headers (12v), I can find a price for you.... mine look like the CSC headers, except from memory go three-2-1, with the 2 running flat side by side underneath.

I got info that there are several sizes of the CSC manifold, anyone know if this is correct?
42mm id for instance, sounds great compared to 39mm...

Jarle, if your headers work out as well as that intake plenum you made you should consider making a few extra set to sell. It sounds like there is a big demand for larger bore headers and no one out there making them.

Mats: I know CSC make 2models one standard and a SV-model. The difference between these are not the primary tubes but the tube after the collector. The SV model has a bigger tube after the collector.

Greg: I am waiting for my bent tubes now, if they dont show up today I will have to wait until monday. I will make my own as a"test model" and if everything works out fine and the price is ok, i may concider to make some sets.

Finally finished my new set of "big bore" headers. ID is 41mm. These were not just "bolt on". Had to make changes to the chassis to make them fit.

yeah, fairly well... from what i've gathered, they're good for doing your heads and grabbing some bigger exhausts from.. you might like to compare their work and what they offer to joe beninca.
